Framing First


Up First - Framing! This lays out the floor plan for the separate spaces:


  • Meeting Room

  • Event Venue

  • Museum

  • Kitchen

  • Restrooms and

  • Coffee Bar


all while maintaining the original features of exterior doors, walls and windows.

Plumbing Next


Now that basic framing is in place, new plumbing is being installed throughout the building. Limited plumbing was in place previously; that has been replaced and expanded. It's amazing to watch these craftsmen in action, climbing and crawling above and below to get everything in place where it needs to be.

New Plumbing addition will last for many years to come!


The back and forth of Carpentry and Plumbing is a dance of skills and timing - put this in here, add this over there. It is a beautiful process, bringing this building back to life. I'll update you more soon!
